Before you listen

Last updated 11 August 2026

STILL's frequencies and music use sustained tones and steady rhythms. For most people this is simply restful.

Please speak to your doctor first if you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, a neurological condition, a heart condition or a pacemaker, or if you are pregnant.

Don't listen while driving.

If you feel unwell or uneasy at any point, stop and take the headphones off. Nothing here is worth pushing through.

STILL is for rest and reflection. It isn't medical care, and it doesn't replace it.

Why this page exists

The same words appear inside the STILL app, once, at the entrance to the audio — and once said, they are easy to lose track of. This page is where they stay, so you can read them again, or show them to someone whose opinion you want.

Anything shared from STILL as a link — a frequency, a song, a meditation — carries audio of the same kind, whether or not you have the app. It applies there too.
