Delete your account and data

You can delete your STILL account at any time, or delete particular data and keep your account. Use the form below and we will action it within 30 days, usually much sooner. You do not need to give a reason.

We will email the address you give us to confirm the request came from you, before anything is deleted.

What gets deleted

If you delete your whole account, we permanently remove:

Public notes and reactions you ask us to remove	Within 30 days

Backups containing the above	Overwritten within 90 days on the normal backup cycle

What we keep, and why

• A record that a deletion happened — your email address in hashed form and the date, so we can show we honoured your request and so the address is not silently re-added. This cannot be used to reconstruct your account.
• Email correspondence, if you have written to us, for up to 24 months from the last message, so there is a record of what was asked and answered.
• Anything the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.
• Anonymous, aggregated counts — for example, how many people used a track in a month. These cannot be traced back to you.

Things you can do yourself, right now

• Your journal, reflections and on-device Vault are stored on your phone, not on our servers. Deleting the STILL app removes them immediately. We never had a copy.
• Online Vault saving can be switched off in the app at any time, which stops new records being saved and lets you delete the saved copy.
• Analytics can be declined on our Cookie Policy page, which stops any further recording straight away.
• Signing out on a shared device clears your sign-in from that browser.

Removing the app from your phone does not by itself delete your account with us — use the form above for that.
